Dr. Padma Sugavanam is an A-graded (Prasar Bharati) Carnatic vocalist, and also a highly sought-after artiste who gave 60 performances in 2016. Originally from Canada, she has trained in India under Sangita Kala Acharya Smt Seetha Rajan of the Sri Semmangudi SrinivasaIyer bani, and is a consummate torch bearer of the parampara.
A carnatic vocalist and gold-medalist academic with a PhD in Sanskrit and musicology, Padma's accomplishments include a rare double-promotion A-grade on All India Radio, and the Outstanding Vocalist award at the Madras Music Academy. With seven international concert tours to her credit, she is a faculty of music at a California-based University, and has presented Guest Lectures at the Univ. of Pennsylvania.
Padma will conclude the concert with an educational segment providing an explanatory synopsis of the pieces presented during the concert, followed by a brief Q&A session

Kamalakiran Vinjamuri is an outstanding violinist from Washington DC. Recognized as a child prodigy, he initially trained under his grandfather Sri. Parthasarathy Iyengar, and then under Malladi Smt Vijayalakshmi. He has accompanied many major artists in India and in the US and continues his meteoric rise to stardom.

Vinod Seetharaman had his mrdangam training under Bangalore Shri. Arjun Kumar and Sangeetha Kalanidhi Shri. Umayalpuram Sivaraman. He is one of the most sought after accompanist for artists on their concert tours. He currently lives in the Detroit area.
