SRUTI Membership & Subscription
SRUTI relies on the support of its membership to bring the best artists and programs to the Philadelphia area each year. We support activities to promote Indian Classical music and dance in the community. We also create opportunities during Thyagaraja Aradhana and SRUTI Day for students of Indian classical music and dance and local artists to grow.
The support of the community is critical to the success of any art form and SRUTI is no exception. It is our members and sponsors and not individual ticket sales, that make all the programs possible. We rely on our members support to expand the SRUTI membership and for increasing concert attendance by spreading the word to their family and friends. SRUTI membership is an exceptional value at every level of membership. Please become a member or renew your membership to support SRUTI now.
SRUTI membership is for the entire family, which constitutes husband, wife and dependants. Dependants are those living with the family throughout the year and do not cover visiting parents and grandparents. For most events, children of age 3 and below are allowed to attend free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Membership fees are subject to review and change by the elected board of directors at the beginning of each calendar year.
SRUTI welcomes corporate matching grants. In case your employer provides matching grants, please contact Venkat Kilambi at Venkat.kilambi@gmail.com or 610-631-2291, and we will be happy to assist you with completing the required paper-work or online submission.

Children 3 and under are admitted free for most programs when accompanying a parent and must have a valid child pass.
Sponsors also receive the following benefits
- Recordings (CDs) of all available concerts presented during the year (one set per Sponsor).
- Premium (front row(s) or Preferred) seating in the auditorium. Seats are held until 10 minutes before the start time.
- Admission to all concerts in the calendar year.
- Eligible to purchase all available SRUTI concert recordings.
- Recognition in select SRUTI publications and events.
- Non-member Sponsors and Patrons automatically receive annual membership for free.
